OCI For Adult

  1. US Passport
  2. Birth Certificate if born outside of India(To be Apostiled)
  3. Renunciation Certificate (if previously held Indian Passport). If you do not have this, we will have to apply for this separately.
  4. Indian Passport (if ever held)
  5. Proof of Address (Lease copy, driver’s license, or utility bill)
  6.  2 Passport Size Photographs (2×2, white background). We do take pictures in our office if you would like our service.
  7. Naturalization Certificate
  8. If married:
      1. a) Spouse’s passport
      2. b) Spouse’s valid status
      3. c) Marriage Certificate(To be Apostiled if issued outside India)

    Processing Time: 30-35 Working Days After Submission of Application

OCI For Minor

  1. US Passport
  2. If ever held Indian passport, Indian passport and Naturalization certificate
  3. Proof of address (Lease copy, driver’s license, or utility bill)

  5. Parents’ Passports and Marriage Certificate
      1. If holding Indian passport, then proof of valid status
      2. If US passport holders, we also need naturalization certificate required as well
  6. Birth Certificate if born outside of India(TO BE APOSTILED)
  7. If Marriage issued  outside India(Marriage Certificate needs to be Apostlied)

Processing Time: 30-35 Working Days After Submission of Application

Indian Electronic Visa

Documents Required (Can be Scanned in Color and Emailed to us)

  1.  Valid US Passport
  2. VisaCare Form (Top Right) filled completely
  3.  Naturalization Certificate
  4.  Proof of Address
  5.  India’s Address with Phone Number
  6. If previously held Indian Visa, copy of that
  7. Passport size photograph (2x2inches)

Cost:

30-day E-Visa: $100 1 Year E-Visa: $150 5 year E-Visa: $250
Processing Time: 48-72 hr

Regular Tourist  Visa  (10 years)

Documents Required

  1. US Passport
